The Eddie Burger + Bar is located at 137 Banff Avenue #6 in Banff, Alberta. I appreciate the bold flavors of gorgonzola and sirachi packed into the “Red, White and Blue” burger. I’ve also never seen a chicken wing (tossed in sirachi) pinned to the top of the bun. A supremely messy creation, but decidedly worth it. Karla decided to go with the build your own option which allows you to choose your bun, meat, toppings and dressings. Bun choices included usual suspects plus pretzel and brioche. Meat choices included an grass fed beef as well as elk, bison or a veggie burger. Topping options included the usual options as well as beets or an egg. We also shared a chocolate raspberry milkshake which balanced the two flavors well.
