Located in Buffalo, Wyoming (and walking distance from the Buffalo (WY) KOA), this is a favorite stop when traveling on I-25 through Wyoming. I highly recommend the French Onion Soup (which they call a crock of onion soup because this part of the world apparently hates the French) for the cheesy indulgence for which it is known. The steaks are the star here, and are properly cooked to order. Medium-rare will have a red center, as it should, despite occasional complaints from other diners. We have also had their chicken pot pie and chicken Parmesan which were both good.

When did the Moscow Mule make start making appearances at steakhouses? It seems like in the past few years. In any case, I’m a fan.
