Ruffs Dale, PA – Another good choice for an overnight stay right off I-70. There are numerous mature deciduous trees around the campground that greatly help reduce road noise. Easy in/out with a toad hooked up.
However, we did not sleep well here, but it’s no fault of the KOA. I wrote about our somnambulatory awakenings here.
