Amargosa Valley, NV – Our 4 star rating for this park is more for the price (inexpensive) and location (close to Death Valley National Park) than the amenities (there are few) or aesthetics (gravel parking lot). They do have a small casino, small store, and restaurant which we did not use due to COVID restrictions. In many ways this ways this is an ideal park for us: sparsely populated, one of the closest RV Parks to Death Valley hiking/sightseeing that fits a 45′ RV with full hook-ups, co-located gas station, and phenomenal views right out the windshield.  Longstreet Inn also had a duck pond and petting zoo.

Longstreet Inn & Casino RV Park offers full hook-ups

RV space

Our space at Longstreet was easily large enough for our RV and tow vehicle

Our site had this mountain view from the front window

The duck pond at Longstreet

From Longstreet Inn, Casino & RV Park, we visited Death Valley National Park, Rhyolite Ghost Town, and Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge.
