Mayetta, KS – Our favorite overnight stop when traveling on I-70. It’s a little longer off the highway than is ideal (~15 miles) but it’s inexpensive, has super big, flat sites, is never crowded, and is always quiet. They advertise the 50amp full hookup, pull through sites as $30/night, but just get a Players Club card at the casino and they drop the price in half. And with a little gambling they are quick to drop the price if you ask, also they will mail you coupons for a free night and buffet coupons about 1 per month.
The signage to find the RV area has recently been improved. You’ll want to drive pass the main casino entrance and take the next left, then go straight back to a check-in booth.
