Bose, ID – A surprisingly affordable RV park located near the city of Boise that is actually pretty nice. Typically you get to only chose two out of the following three RV park attributes: affordable, close to a city, or nice. No, it’s not as nice as its sister location in McCall, ID, but it’s perfectly fine for exploring the area. I especially appreciate the wide roads throughout the campground that make easy work of maneuvering a 45′ RV. All utilities worked well, although be on the lookout for the sewer hookup which is easy to hit with your tire when pulling in.

For good BBQ, check out the nearby Bodacious Pig Barbecue, where we had a nice lunch. The Boise River Greenbelt Trail offers a great place to walk. For other hiking in the region, check out Natalie Bartley’s “A Falcon Guide: Best Easy Day Hikes Boise“.
