Horse Cave, KY -This campground is the perfect location for exploring Mammoth Cave National Park, which is only 10 miles away. However, this campground does not cater to big rigs, having only a handful of sites long enough — and those sites are not level. Our assigned site had a silly slope, leveling was never going to happen. Luckily there was only 1 other RV in this section, allowing us to chose the least un-level site and make do with the rear tires being an inch off the ground. The person who checked us in noted the owner plans to grade these sites level “in the near future”. So YMMV.
